Allison was born and raised in Iowa City, where she grew up with her parents, sister, and two dogs. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2017 with a degree in Criminology.

Before joining Howes Law Firm, P.C. in 2020, Allison worked as a paralegal in Waterloo and Phoenix. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, participating in outdoor activities with her three dogs, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
